Which coffee should I try first?

Choose Crosswind House for an everyday balance of milk chocolate, caramel and pear. Brazil is our medium-dark option for a sweet, rounded cup. Colombia offers pear and floral aromatics; Ethiopia brings honey, stone fruit, black tea and jasmine. Lift combines Colombia and Ethiopia in an expressive, approachable blend.

Do you sell whole bean and ground coffee?

Yes. Every retail coffee comes in a 300 g bag with a choice of whole bean or ground for filter/drip brewing. Choose whole bean if you use an espresso machine, French press or another brewer that needs a different grind.

Are the tasting notes added flavours?

No. Tasting notes describe the coffee's flavour and aroma. The launch coffees are roasted coffee without added flavourings.

Where do you ship?

Within Canada. Shipping rates and available services are shown at checkout. Standard shipping to the ten Canadian provinces is free for orders over CAD $60 after discounts, before any applicable taxes. Territory shipping is CAD $34.95 at every order value. See our shipping rates.

How do subscriptions work?

Mix 1–5 bags and choose delivery every 1–8 weeks. Your selected coffees, grinds and quantities repeat at that interval. Shipping is assessed on each delivery. See subscription details before ordering.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep the bag tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odours. Grind whole beans close to brewing time.
