We ship Crosswind Coffee within Canada. All prices and shipping thresholds are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping rates

For orders of $60 CAD or less after discounts, standard shipping is a flat rate based on your delivery province:

The provincial rates apply to merchandise subtotals of CAD $60 or less after discounts, including remote addresses within those provinces. Shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut is CAD $34.95 at every order value; the free-shipping threshold does not apply to the territories. We select the carrier based on destination and availability. Your shipping charge is shown before you place your order.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free to the ten Canadian provinces on merchandise orders over CAD $60 after discounts, before any applicable taxes. The threshold applies separately to each subscription delivery. An order totalling exactly CAD $60 does not qualify.

Free local delivery in South Ajax

Free local delivery is available to eligible South Ajax addresses. Enter your address at checkout to confirm eligibility and choose local delivery when offered.

Order preparation

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Carrier transit time is additional.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service used. Carrier transit estimates are separate from order preparation and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Check your address

Please review your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email hello@crosswindcoffee.ca as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether it can still be changed.
