Crosswind Coffee operates this website, crosswindcoffee.ca, under the registered Ontario business name CROSSWIND COFFEE. We are a sole proprietorship based in Ajax, Ontario, Canada.
These terms apply to purchases from the Crosswind Coffee online store at crosswindcoffee.ca. Please read them with our shipping, return and refund, subscription and privacy policies. Questions can be sent to hello@crosswindcoffee.ca.
Ordering from Crosswind Coffee
We currently accept delivery orders within Canada. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and use an authorized payment method. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and check your coffee, grind and quantity before completing checkout.
Our product pages describe the coffee, bag size and available options. Coffees are agricultural products, so sensory characteristics can vary between harvests and batches. Tasting notes describe flavour characteristics, rather than added ingredients unless expressly stated.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable shipping charges, discounts and taxes are shown at checkout before you place your order. Prices can change for future purchases; a later price change does not alter an order you have already placed.
If we discover a material listing or pricing error, or cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available options. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a product without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled by us, we will refund the amount paid for the affected items and any applicable related charges.
Preparation and delivery
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after confirmation and receipt of payment. Carrier transit time is additional. Delivery services, free-shipping eligibility, tracking and delivery support are explained in our shipping policy.
Returns, refunds and order changes
Coffee is not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders are eligible for review for a replacement or refund. Please read our return and refund policy for how to contact us. Any mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty or other consumer rights continue to apply.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions involve recurring orders and charges at the interval selected at checkout. The builder offers 1–5 bags and whole-number intervals from 1 to 8 weeks, with 4 weeks selected by default. New subscriptions save 10% on the regular one-time coffee price on every delivery. Current prices per 300 g bag are Brazil and Crosswind House $20.70 CAD, Colombia $22.50 CAD, Lift $23.40 CAD, and Ethiopia $25.20 CAD, plus any shipping and applicable taxes for each order.
By subscribing, you authorize those recurring charges until cancellation. There is no minimum term. You can manage, pause, skip or cancel through your customer account before the next billing date. Our subscription policy explains processed orders, support and notice of material changes.
Using the website
Please use this site lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or misuse another person's information. Crosswind Coffee branding, original text and images belong to us or their respective owners; purchasing coffee does not grant rights to use them commercially.

Our privacy policy describes how personal information is collected, used and shared when you browse or buy from our store.
Applicable law and your rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated before they take effect, with an opportunity to cancel as required by applicable law.
