How much is shipping within Ontario?
Standard shipping is C$6.95 to any Ontario address. One combo is C$38.40 after the automatic discount, or C$45.35 including standard shipping. There is no extra remote-area surcharge for this offer.
When does the offer end?
This two-week introductory offer ends October 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Complete checkout by that time to receive the 20% combo discount. Availability is subject to our weekly roasting capacity.
When will my coffee arrive?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Estimated standard transit is 2–10 business days after dispatch. Remote-area delivery and carrier delays can take longer. See our shipping policy.
Is this a subscription?
No. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. The introductory discount does not apply to subscription items or combine with other discount codes.
Can I add other coffees or ship outside Ontario?
Yes. Extra items change your order total. One 20% House + Colombia combo saving (C$9.60) applies per order. Shipping outside Ontario follows our standard regional rates, so the C$45.35 delivered total only applies in Ontario. Our usual free-shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal after discounts.
Which grind should I choose?
Choose whole bean if you have a burr grinder, especially for espresso. Our ground option is for filter and drip brewing, not espresso. Visit the brew guide for a starting recipe.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email hello@crosswindcoffee.ca for help with damaged, defective or incorrect orders. Read our refund policy for the full details.
Offer ends October 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Checkout must be completed before the offer expires. Availability depends on our weekly roasting capacity. Both coffees must remain in the cart to receive the combo discount. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
